Grupo Singular has worked with more than 20 organizations and implemented over 30 initiatives related to the design of territorial development policies; mid-term and impact evaluations of productive development instruments; execution of training programs for the creation of new ventures, innovation, and strengthening of small and medium-sized enterprises; diagnosis and coordination of business groups to address common challenges; event management and development of ecosystem programs aimed at connecting stakeholders, generating opportunities, and creating new businesses; facilitation of citizen participation activities to gather inputs for regional climate change plans; design of tools to link the training of students from technical education institutions with productive sectors; actor mapping studies and social acceptance indexes for energy projects; and the development of studies, incorporating global best practices, on productive linkages for the emerging green hydrogen industry and its derivatives.

Magallanes Salmon Program: Towards Sustainable Aquaculture

Conducting an assessment of the current state of partner companies, prioritizing shared objectives, and proposing new projects for the industry to advance towards more sustainable aquaculture in the Magallanes and Chilean Antarctic region.

Training Program "Pathways to Business Expansion"

Develop a training program for small and medium-sized enterprises that provides methodologies and tools to facilitate business expansion and adaptation to new global scenarios, all in a 100% digital format.

Regional Productive Development Policy for the Magallanes and Chilean Antarctic Region 2020 – 2025

The Regional Productive Development Policy aims to be an effective, dynamic, and locally relevant tool that helps coordinate and focus efforts on economic productivity to achieve a more competitive regional development.
